Q: Are any items non-returnable and non-refundable?

1. Customer dislikes the products they ordered (color, style, size)

2. Customer order the wrong shoes

3. Contact us for more details before you buy from us if you are not sure about the shoes. Otherwise we do not accept your wrong shoes returning request.

4. You don’t want our shoes after wearing them

Q: What is your complete returns policy?
A: We only accept return the merchandise in following cases:
We send you the shoes or you received merchandise with blemishes. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with packing or decoration attached. The entire returning item must be with original packing and tags. To send an item back to us, you may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1 week for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order.

Q: If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?
A: Yes, if you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.
